　　“科技造福地球村、科技引领好莱坞”！11月8日，纽约时代广场，由马小秋女士担任控股股东的香港AI人工智能公司Alpha Technology Group Limited （股票代码ATGL）在纳斯达克成功举行敲钟仪式。截至纽约时间11月17日，该股票股价上涨至27美金一股并持续深受股民追捧。ALPHA纽约NASDAQ敲钟当天，来自ALPHA科技集团美国总策划裔锦声博士Jeannie YI，ALPHA香港公司的总裁 Anthony Tseng、美国硅谷科技公司创始CEO兼科学家们、以及纽约华裔商界精英巨头,以及媒体界代表等几百人均数出席，共同展望集团发展潜力并谋划宏伟未来。

The stock price of Alpha has risen continually to 27dollar per share & is highly sought after by investors until 17 November. Hundreds of cutting-edge business elites including DYF Entertainment Executive President Jeannie, Alpha Hongkong Chairman Anthony Tseng, America Silicon Technology Founder, famous scientists, NY Chinese business elite tycoons, among whom Ms MA serving as the controlling shareholder.

　　在此之前，早在10月31日，这家来自香港的AI人工智能公司Alpha Technology Group Limited (以下简称 “Alpha”)成功在美国纳斯达克IPO上市，股票代码ATGL。其于2023年3月24日秘密递表，后于2023年7月17日正式公开披露招股书。据悉此次Alpha从并购重组到成功上市只用了不到一年时间。

　　ALPHA TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED(Refer to as “Alpha”) has successfully gone public on the NASDAQ IPO stock exchange in US under the stock code ATGL on 31 October. Alpha had submitted its prospectus in secret on March 24, 2023, and officially disclosed it publicly on July 17, 2023. It is reported that the acquisition and restructuring of Alpha took less than one year to successfully go public.

　　It is reported Ms. Ma Xiaoqiu owns majority controlling shareholder of Alpha Technology & it’s her global strategy to bring her Family Hollywood entertainment together with AI Technology to better & enrich our lives. Ms. Ma Xiaoqiu introduced that as the first artificial intelligence company in Hong Kong to submit a prospectus to NASDAQ, Alpha is one of the few Hong Kong companies with technical knowledge in NFT related projects. Alpha's service scope covers large local enterprises in Hong Kong, such as real estate companies from established Hong Kong families and Hong Kong government agencies. At the same time, AI-OCR has a recognition rate of over 95%.
